KABA strives to help companies keep their employees highly skilled and motivated by offering training courses, workshops, briefings and roundtables for business members, community leaders, and educators. KABA maintains a comfortable and convenient training center at its office and can also coordinate customized, on-site training programs for individual companies.
Fundamentals of Supervision Series
The Supervision Management series introduces participants to the concepts of management and the qualifications required to become an exemplary supervisor. All course instructors are certified, experienced managers that utilize case studies and encourage class participation.

KABA has partnered with Living As A Leader® to offer comprehensive leadership development in Kenosha County. The Leadership Development Series is a comprehensive process for developing and equipping your leaders with the skills and knowledge that are critical for them to effectively lead others. Beginning each October, this year-long program features monthly group skill-building workshops as well as individual monthly coaching sessions.

KABA currently offers professional roundtables for manufacturing, marketing, finance, human resources, and C-suite/CEO roles.
