Pleasant Prairie-based Uline, a shipping and business supplies provider, is continuing its rapid growth with plans to build a third office building in Pleasant Prairie, just north of its corporate headquarters campus, in the Prairie Highlands Corporate Park.

The three-story, 325,000-square-foot building, to be built on a 45-acre site at the southwest corner of 128th Avenue and Goldbear Drive, would employ 700 full-time workers and 20 part-time workers, a village report shows. Construction is scheduled to start this April, pending village approvals. Occupancy is expected in late 2025.

The site is just north of Nexus Pharmaceuticals and just west, across 128th Avenue, from Aurora Health Center – Pleasant Prairie. The Uline headquarters campus is just to the south, across from 104th Street.
