Kenosha-based tool manufacturer Snap-on Inc. announced Tuesday that it has acquired Daventry, United Kingdom-based Hi-Force Group Holdings Ltd., a manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools, heavy lifting systems and torque and tensioning equipment, for approximately $58 million.
Hi-Force will be part of Snap-on’s Commercial & Industrial Group.
“The acquisition of Hi-Force complements and expands Snap-on’s offerings in the growing torque arena across a variety of industries including oil & gas, power generation, railways, mining, and heavy engineering,” Snap-on said in a news release.
Snap-on had sales of $4.7 billion in 2025.
