Kenosha-based company buys industrial building near I-94 for $43 million

Kenosha-based Engendren Corp., the parent company to IEASilver Linings SystemsArcRon, and Chrysalis, has purchased an industrial building near I-94 in the Kenosha County Village of Somers for about $43.2 million, according to state records.

The state filing for the deal lists Engendren as the buyer, d.b.a. IEA LLC. Founded in 1985, IEA is a manufacturer of aluminum and copper-brass radiators, heat exchangers, and fluid cooling systems, located at 9625 55th St. in Kenosha.

Engendren purchased a 509,408-square-foot industrial building at 1338 120th Ave., Somers, located within the Flint 94 Commerce Center development, which is southwest of I-94 and Somers Road. The building was sold by Prairie Village, Kansas-based Flint Development.
