A food distribution and production facility at 10490 88th Ave. in Pleasant Prairie occupied by Brentwood, Tennessee-based Crown Bakeries was recently sold for $24.5 million, according to state records.

An affiliate of Rochester, New York-based real estate investment trust Royal Oak Reality Trust purchased the building, which is located on a 12-acre site, from an affiliate of New York-based private equity firm EQT Partners Inc.

The 200,000-square-foot building, built in 2016, is located in LakeView Corporate Park.
