Chicago logistics company purchases 50 acres in Kenosha County; Plans call for nearly 2 MM square feet of development

A Chicago-based logistics company is planning a two-phased project on a 67-acre parcel in Kenosha County that will total nearly 2 million square feet once completed.

This week, Logistics Property Company purchased the first 50 acres of land, just west of Interstate 94 and south of the Uline and Amazon facilities.

“We’re thrilled to get dirt moving at 94 Logistics Park,” said Aaron Martell, the company’s executive vice president of the Midwest Region. “There’s tremendous momentum in the region and we’re excited about capturing some of it. Users will definitely like our product and the amenity-driven location.”
