Housing is one of the most important issues facing Kenosha County’s future- impacting workforce availability, economic growth, affordability, and quality of life. To help guide future decisions, KABA and Kenosha County commissioned a Comprehensive Housing Study and Needs Assessment, led by nationally recognized housing market consultant Tracy Cross & Associates, Inc..

This comprehensive study provides a data-driven roadmap for the next five to ten years, identifying the types of housing the county needs, where it is needed most, appropriate price points and rental rates, and strategies for bringing new housing developments to market. The findings will serve as a valuable resource for municipalities, developers, employers, elected officials, and community leaders as they work together to address housing needs across Kenosha County.
