1. Can you provide a brief overview of your company, including what you do and what sets you apart?

Nosco is a full-service packaging solutions provider serving more than 450 pharmaceutical and self-care brands across the United States. Backed by 120 years of experience and 600 employee owners, Nosco is a 100% employee-owned company that brings together business resources and technical expertise to help solve complex packaging challenges and deliver individual solutions. 2. What does your company manufacture or the services you provide contribute to, and how do they impact your customers or industry?

At Nosco, we provide printed packaging that helps our customers save lives, promote health, and encourage happiness around the world. It is our brand promise and guides everything we do.

We specialize in cartons, labels, inserts, and flexible packaging for pharmaceutical and self-care brands. From new product launches to established commercial products, we help customers bring packaging to market safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry requirements. Beyond manufacturing, our engineering, graphics and innovation teams partner with customers to solve complex packaging challenges, improve supply chain performance and support successful product launches.

3. How would you describe your company culture and what makes it a great place to work?

Nosco is proud to call Pleasant Prairie home to our corporate headquarters and Packaging Innovation Center. Since relocating to the area in 2021, we have continued to invest in our facilities, technology and workforce while creating opportunities for future growth.

We partner with local schools, technical colleges, and workforce development organizations to introduce students to careers in manufacturing, engineering and business. Our employee owners regularly support community organizations through volunteerism and local engagement, and our sustainability initiatives focus on reducing waste, increasing recycling and operating responsibly within the communities we serve.
