1. Can you provide a brief overview of your company, including what you do and what sets you apart?

Trifinity Specialized Distribution is a third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment company that helps brands manage the physical side of their supply chain—storing products, processing orders, preparing products for retail or e-commerce, and getting those products shipped to businesses or consumers.

The company operates two distribution facilities; 250,056 SF in Kenosha and 165,000 SF in Pleasant Prairie WI. Company founder James Merlo relocated to Wisconsin after decades in Illinois when the burden of doing business in Illinois became unsustainable. Trifinity has been under seamless ownership for over Thirty Four years.

In simple terms, a company can send its inventory to Trifinity, and Trifinity handles much of what happens between the warehouse and the customer or retailer. Trifinity is proficient in all EDI order exchanges is FDA registered and ASI complainant.

3. What does your company manufacture or the services you provide contribute to, and how do they impact your customers or industry?

Pick & Pack: Trifinity stores inventory, receives orders, picks the correct products, packs them, and prepares them for shipment. They emphasize order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

B2B Distribution & Shipping: They ship products directly to businesses and retailers, essentially acting as the distribution arm between the manufacturer/brand and the business receiving the goods.

E-commerce / B2C Fulfillment: Trifinity can integrate its software with a company’s online shopping cart through APIs. When a consumers place an order, Trifinity can receive the order, fulfill it, then ship it directly to the customer.

Warehousing & Inventory Storage: They provide large-scale storage and inventory management as part of their 3PL offerings. Their facilities are designed to handle substantial volumes of inventory

Co-Packing & Over-Labeling: They can perform additional packaging and labeling work on products before they are shipped. This can be useful when a product needs new labels, repackaging, or preparation for a particular retailer or market.

POP/POS & Display Assembly: One of their specialties is building point-of-purchase/point-of-sale displays, including end-of-aisle displays, grocery displays, check-lane displays, club-store displays, and floor stands. They can also ship the completed displays.

Cross-Docking: Products arriving on pallets can be unloaded, re-tagged or processed, and quickly shipped back out without necessarily going into long-term storage. This can help reduce handling and warehouse time.

Order and Shipment Visibility: Their automated systems are intended to improve appointment scheduling and shipment tracking, while their web portal provides customers with real-time visibility into inventory and orders.
