Two Companies Lease Corporate Park Sites

Milwaukee-based Towne Investments announced it entered into long-term leases with two companies in Pleasant Prairie, completing the leasing of two spec buildings it built in LakeView Corporate Park this year.

The company leased the entire 82,000-square-foot Towne Industrial I, 10790 Green Bay Road, to K & K Screw Products. K & K is relocating a facility from Bristol to Pleasant Prairie.

Towne also leased 37,000 square feet of Towne Industrial II, 10795 72nd Ave., to Insulation Plus. The company had previously leased 14,000 square feet of the building to SOH Distribution Co., operators of Snyder's of Hanover Pretzels.

John Kersey, director of Towne Investments, said in a formal statement that the leases are “a reflection of the continuing high demand for space within the corridor.”
