Renaissance Tree Holding purchases industrial building in Business Park of Kenosha

BizTimes Real Estate Weekly

Renaissance Tree Holding LLC recently purchased a 83,641-square-foot industrial building at 5300 95th Ave., Kenosha, in the Business Park of Kenosha from Towne Investments , a division of Milwaukee-based  Zilber Ltd. , and Interstate Partners. The sale price was not disclosed. Construction of the building was completed recently. The sale closed before the construction was completed.

"The fact that this building was purchased before completion is another example that development along the I-94 corridor continues to have strong appeal to a diverse range of regional distribution operations," said John Kersey , director of Towne Investments. "Given its immediate Interstate access and strategic Chicago-Milwaukee location, we expect this area to continue to have high demand for future speculative building." Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC brokered both sides of the deal.
