Designed to bring the experienced supervisor/informal leader to the next level, a formal pre-assessment/evaluation helps to determine if the time is right for your employee to participate in this program. The Advanced Leadership program focuses on these core leadership skills: • Instilling Trust • Providing Direction • Delegating Responsibility • Building Relationships • Facilitating Team Success • Cultivating Individual Talents • Motivating Successfully Flexible blended learning includes • Twelve hours of on-line web-based training • Six hours of one-on-one coaching scheduled at your convenience • Four 2-hour classroom sessions – about one a month – to limit your employees time away-from-work/home To learn more about this unique, proven leadership program please plan to attend an Employer Briefing on Tuesday, August 26th from 4-5PM at KABA. Event Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted until 3:00 p.m. five business days prior to the event. Cancellations made with less than five days notice and "no-shows" will be invoiced for the total registration fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
