Scholarships

KABA offers annual scholarships to recognize talented high school seniors in the Kenosha Area whose actions link personal interests and talents with various career options, and who are pursuing post-secondary education. Scholarships range from $750 to $4,000 and must be applied toward the student’s tuition expenses.

Members of KABA and the Kenosha community make up the Scholarship Committee that chooses recipients based on eligibility criteria and ranking. A full listing of volunteer committees is available in KABA’s annual report.

Jessica Pawlowski, 2007 KABA College Scholarship Recipient

"I strongly believe that receiving a college education is the best thing that a person can do for themselves and for their community. College is costly, however, and unfortunately, many students select a college based on yearly tuition rather than the school's academic reputation. Four years ago, I was very fortunate to receive a $2,500 scholarship through the Kenosha Area Business Alliance. Because of organizations such as the KABA, more students are able to fulfill their dreams of attending and affording a great college."
