Kenosha County Economic Development Financing & Incentives
Low Interest Loans
KABA manages an extensive portfolio of community revolving loan funds. These funds are used to extend low-cost financing to companies that are creating jobs in Kenosha County by expanding an existing business or by establishing a new Kenosha County facility.
Community Development Zone Tax Credits
Certain properties within the City of Kenosha are included in Kenosha’s Community Development Zone and thus eligible to take advantage of tax credits available based on the creation of new full-time jobs or for eligible environmental site remediation costs. Phase II of the Business Park of Kenosha and most of the properties in the City’s Downtown Lakeshore District are included in the Community Development Zone.
