Kenosha County’s many parks, lakes, trails and walkable public lakefront offer excellent recreational opportunities for all ages and interests. Fishing, golfing, biking, and skiing are just some of the activities to enjoy throughout all four seasons.

Kenosha is a city of events. Festivals like the Taste of Wisconsin, Grill Games, HarborPark Jazz & Blues Fest and the Renaissance Faire are just some of the attractions you’ll find on a summer day in Kenosha County. Looking to take it up a notch? Kenosha is the location for the Wisconsin Marathon, the Trek, Danskin and Pleasant Prairie triathalons and numerous other athletic events.

Shoot some hoops or have a ball watching at some of Kenosha County’s many youth and family centers including the largest municipal recreation facility in America: the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex. RecPlex is over 300,000 square feet of fitness, including an 80,000 square foot ice arena and a 50-meter Olympic-sized competition pool.
