Kenosha County is the hottest area in the state of Wisconsin in terms of economic development. And with over 4,000 jobs, $800 million in new investment, and 6.5 million SF of development/absorption since January 2013, growth continues in 2014. A few of the companies that have recently made major investments in Kenosha County include ULINE, Niagara, InSinkErator, Amazon and Meijer. A bit unexpected? Sure. But that’s also what makes Kenosha so compelling.
